Council's Ambassador Program

Council is able to assist residents of Brewarrina Shire recognised for sport, education, personal and professional achievements who are required to travel outside the Shire.

Council at the February 2013 Council meeting adopted an amended Ambassador Program policy which allows Council to assist residents of Brewarrina Shire recognised for sport, education, personal and professional achievements at any age.

Brewarrina Shire Council can provide monetary assistance and Brewarrina branded promotional material to community champions when they travel away to other communities in recognition of their achievements.These residents are encouraged to be ambassadors for Brewarrina and promote the benefits of living and working in the Brewarrina Shire.
