Delegation of Authority for General Manager

Under the Local Government Act 1993 (LGA) certain functions are recognised as being conferred on the General Manager. These delegations have been set out in the 2 documents listed below:

Delegation of Authority to the General Manager.
Delegation-to-General-Manager.

To ensure consistency with delegation and in line with the new structure, the General Manager's delegation has been reviewed against other staff delegations to guarantee that all functions of the Council have been delegated appropriately.
