The Brewarrina Fishing club was founded in November 2011 and consists of roughly 20 members who share a passion for the water and all things fishy.
The members are dedicated to the promotion of healthy waterways and in particular protection of native fish.
The Club holds regular meetings and holds social gatherings here in Brewarrina and hopes to engage with other social fishing clubs both locally and interstate.
The Brewarrina Fishing Club hold an annual fishing competition on the June long weekend, people travel from all over the state for this event.
