Community Services Manager

Council are seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Community Services Manager. Reporting Directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and management to Council’s Community Services which incorporates; Tourism and Events, Community Newspaper, Childcare, Library, Centrelink, Youth and Economic Development.

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience in the delivery of community based services and or formal qualifications to ensure best practice and service delivery is achieved.

The rewards:

The position has a total Remuneration Package (TRP) in the range of $83k to $98k including cash component of between $73k to $88k plus Superannuation. Included in the package is a leaseback of a Council vehicle and an annual performance bonus of up to $5,000. The package will be negotiated to suit the skills and experience you will bring to the role.
