State Emergency Service

The Brewarrina region State Emergency Service (SES) is operated by Paul Marrett.

The SES services the whole Brewarrina Shire, which includes the localities of Weilmoringle, Gongolgon and Goodooga.

They currently have 7 volunteers.

This means that future flooding is inevitable and may be a high risk to your business. This free online tool kit has been designed by the SES to assist businesses manage the potential impact of floods.


Storms can happen anywhere and at any time of the year. 

Storms are more common in most areas of New South Wales during storm season (from October to the end of March), but it is important to stay ready all year round.
